Service Organization
The Controller of a national service organization needed help developing an RFP and soliciting vendors for a web-based accounting system. IW interviewed company leaders, identified their business needs and technical requirements, wrote an RFP and evaluated vendor responses in a scorecard framework to assist with decision-making. IW recommended a short list of vendors and developed interview questions.
